Filing of Registration Date

Posted on Sunday August 5, 2007 - Comments (0)
We went to MacDonalds around 11pm plus. While waiting, I was surfing the new clothes website provided by Michelle (I don't rem the link.. It's on laptop. Now I'm on desktop.)... Xiaohui was quite bored. But he's sweet... He sent a sms message to the MacDonald TV...

"Will you marry me my dear princess. From Klaus"

Keekee...

Finally! 12midnight... We filed our marriage application. The whole process took us half an hour(?!?!?!?!) It's confirmed (unless somethings in between happened)

Our ROM date/time: 05 November 2007 04:15PM

Viewing 2 flats today. Both in Clementi. One is ~280k(V) + 25k cash, the other is ~260k(V) +15k cash. We are considering the second, but in hope of bringing down the cash part. Hmmz... But loads of work need to be done for the renovation part.

*sigh* Alot of cash involved. Would the CCK one be better?

Flats Hunt 5

Posted on Sunday March 18, 2007 - Comments (0)
We viewed another 3 units today.

First one was a 5 room flat. Nearest MRT is Bukit Gombak, but about 3 to 4 bus stops away. Super cheap. $245k only. No cash. Heaily Renovated. Pros: Cheap for a 5 room. Cons: 3 floor. In front is bus stop, behind is carpark and coffeeshop, abit noisy. Renovated, but style don't suit. Still have alot to re-renovate. Quite far in.

Second. 4 Room. 5 minutes walk to Yew Tee MRT. Not too bad, 7th floor. But, super hot. I think got sun. Dunno which direction.

Third. 4 Room. Nearest MRT, Yew Tee. About 3 bus stops away from MRT. 5 year old building. But expensive. Valuation: $270k. Need to re-renovate. Current style don't suit us. Go in only, I was feeling giddy.

Now, we won't be viewing more units. Taking a break. Hoping that in the next 2 months, the prices may drop abit. This month, the prices had rocketed too high. Too much for us to handle.
